Sometimes She Stops & Pauses

She stops to watch a butterfly & bee dance on the same flower.
She pauses to remember and let go of the notion of time.
She stops to rest and just be.
She pauses before resting, to make sure no one is watching her just be.
She stops to admire the new blooms in her garden.
She pauses for a moment of gratitude for the ones that have passed.
She stops on the hill, eagle eyes on the crystalline periwinkle view.
She pauses, eyes closed to take in a breath of the warm salty air.
She stops when she hears them say they still hurt the same way she use to.
She pauses and prays knowing that just for today her little life is a fairytale of how she created her own Heaven on Earth.
